Response and research PROGRAM WISH LIST

Atlantic Marine Conservation Society is New York's lead large whale response organization. We respond to live and deceased animals that wash up on our shores, monitor animals observed in unusual locations, support stranding networks partners in other areas, and work to uncover what is impacting these amazing creatures.

Events with large whales in New York are complex and require specialized equipment and highly trained individuals who can work with any challenge. Atlantic Marine Conservation Society is working to build partnerships with local, state and federal agencies, and community organizations to ensure that every cetacean in need gets the appropriate assistance as efficiently as possible and to increase stranding response capacity in New York.

As a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, we need your help in these efforts.
